Product & Venture Builder

Your next product may already be hiding inside your company.

I help established companies find and build new digital products on top of what they already have: customers, data, know-how, and distribution. From the first opportunity to a working product.

Product, business, and technology in one.

01 / Opportunity

You probably have more than one business.

Most companies use their greatest advantages exclusively for their existing product.

Customers. Data. Unique processes. A distribution network. A brand.

I help identify what else can be built on top of these assets.

Customers

New services, marketplace platforms, subscription models, or a digital product for an entirely different market segment.

Data

Internal analytics transformed into market benchmarking, predictive tools, and data intelligence.

Know-how

Internal processes turned into a new SaaS product, B2B tool, or productized expertise.

Distribution

A new product that, thanks to your market position, does not have to pay dearly to acquire users from day one.

Who it is for

It works best where you already have a head start.

I work with established companies aiming to diversify revenue, in situations where their brand, community, or market reach makes it possible to build a new product faster and more cost-effectively than a startup beginning from scratch.

02 / How I work

Discover. Validate. Build.

We can work together on one stage or cover the entire journey from a hidden advantage to new revenue.

Stage 1 / Discover

Revenue Opportunity Sprint

For companies that know they have strong assets but cannot yet see a specific product.

Over several weeks, we map your customer base, data, distribution channels, and technology. Instead of dozens of ideas, we select one strong hypothesis with a clear customer, problem, and viable business model.

Deliverable A venture thesis, business model, and validation plan.
Stage 2 / Validate

Venture Validation

For companies with a clear product vision that do not want to invest blindly.

Interviews, willingness-to-pay tests, prototypes, and initial pilots validate the problem, distribution channel, and market demand. We eliminate critical risks before expensive development begins.

Validate the hypothesis →
Deliverable Market evidence and a decision to build, adapt, or stop.
Stage 3 / Build

Venture Build

For companies ready to bring a validated digital product to market.

I design the business logic and software architecture, deliver the MVP, and take responsibility for development by leading an internal team or implementation partners. The goal is to win the first active, paying customers.

Build the product →
Deliverable A working MVP and the first active users.

Need just one specific part?

We can also work separately on product strategy, MVP design and development, software architecture, senior leadership in a Fractional CTO role, or purposeful AI and LLM integration.

Products I helped design and build.

01

Cash Optimizer

Spin-off of Dype.cz

Context: Dype.cz, a modern finance department for startups and scaleups, had an idea and a simple prototype for optimizing the cash flow of small and medium-sized businesses, but lacked the experience and internal capacity to create the full product.

My role: I took over product design and development from prototype to MVP.

Outcome: We built the MVP in three months and began testing it with real customers. Cashopti's long-term vision is autonomous, AI-powered cash flow management, including intelligent lending and capital investment.

Chatbot Builder → CXone Bot Builder

Side venture of Brand Embassy • Corporate venture of NICE

Context: Chatbot Builder began as a side product of the Brand Embassy platform. Its visual editor made it possible to design, test, and deploy bots without coding, automating the work of customer service agents.

Development: After NICE acquired Brand Embassy, the project became CXone Bot Builder, an AI-native no-code tool for virtual agents. Even before the LLM era, it used advanced intent-driven dialog management across live chat, WhatsApp, and Messenger.

Outcome: Within three years, the first generation handled hundreds of thousands of conversations without human intervention. A complete product team formed around the successor platform within one year, along with its first enterprise pilots. It went on to support telecommunications companies, airlines, banks, and government institutions in tens of thousands of customer interactions each month.

NaviRider

Startup • Acquired by Rever.co

Context: Conventional navigation apps did not address motorcyclists' needs or the riding experience itself.

Product: NaviRider brought together scenic route discovery, navigation along winding roads, trip planning, safety features, and community functions in a single mobile app. We developed our own Twisty Routing technology for the product.

Outcome: The startup completed the ESA BIC accelerator, attracted more than 15,000 registered riders and hundreds of daily active users. After a partial acquisition by US competitor Rever.co, Twisty Routing remained part of its premium plan.

Wedd.cz

Corporate venture of ladys.cz

Context: Wedd.cz was originally created as an internal operations system for the ladys.cz bridal salon.

Product: The platform manages bookings, fittings, orders, collections, and dress alterations from one place. A clear calendar and centralized records reduce administration and make operations easier to manage.

Outcome: The flexibility of the originally internal tool attracted more customers. Several salons in the Czech Republic now use the platform under a subscription model, and their number continues to grow.

Previo Mobile

PWA transformation • Previo

Context: Previo's internal CRM and mobile apps were built on older technologies such as prototype.js and jQuery. Native app development also depended on an external supplier, slowing down changes and limiting the internal team.

My role: I led the complete migration of the internal CRM to Vue.js and transformed the mobile apps from native development to PWAs. This included training the internal developers and setting up the technology so that future development was fully in their hands.

Outcome: We completely rewrote two of the three mobile apps and put them into production in less than a year. Clients gained faster, more stable, and simpler apps; Previo eliminated its dependence on expensive external development and migrated the third app to a PWA after my departure.

04 / Why external

An internal team protects what works today.
A venture team builds what comes tomorrow.

The existing product team has its own long-term roadmap, paying customers, and demanding operational commitments. Developing an entirely new product requires a different, far more aggressive approach with rapid decision-making.

I am not an agency

Our work does not end with a polished PowerPoint presentation. My goal is to get a real, finished product into the hands of its first customers.

I am not a dev shop

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined hundred-page specification. Creating the brief and strategy is a key part of the process.

No innovation theater

Every step must lead to a clear business decision. We validate critical risks; we do not play with sticky notes.

05 / About me

I work at the intersection of business, product, and technology.

For more than fifteen years, I have designed and built software products as a developer, software architect, CTO, founder, and product partner to companies.

I have worked with everything from small, fast-moving startups to massive enterprise B2B platforms. I know what it means to write code and what it takes to design a sustainable business model. Now I bring those two worlds together.

Product

Strategy, user research, MVP design, and uncompromising market validation.

Business

Monetization models, go-to-market strategy, and overall product economics.

Technology

Systems architecture, integrations, AI models, and hands-on technical development.
